Having just completed a new build project we spent lots of time researching bathroom and tile providers, in the end we went local and chose McDaids to supply all bathrooms, bathroom tiles and downstairs floor tiles for our new home. From the outset the staff at McDaids provided design expertise, great advice and fantastic engagement to work within our budget. The showroom is top class with so much choice and many great displays. I could not praise the overall service highly enough and the quality of the products that we got look fantastic, we could not be happier. Highly recommended!

McDaids were helpful and efficient. I was in the middle of a bathroom job and had contacted other suppliers but they never bothered getting back to me because my order was small. McDaids made me feel as important as a a huge customer. When I am doing a big job I will remember their standards of customer care!

I am absolutely delighted that I chose McDaids for all sanitary ware for my new build. They have a huge amount of choice and the quality of the products is excellent. However, the icing on the cake is the customer care I received. Bredgeen was incredibly helpful and patient with any changes I made, she gave great advice and offered solutions to every scenario I presented. I am based in Galway but delivery was so efficient and I never felt like Mc Daids were far away. The value for money was also fantastic so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them for customers all over Ireland

I’m really pleased that I found McDaids by googling . I was looking for Sealux products and living in Jersey in the Channel Islands the shipping costs from the UK mainland to Jersey were prohibitive .The customer service I received from McDaids was brilliant and a breath of fresh air. The shipping costs were a fraction of what the UK mainland were charging .Will definitely use them in the future and have no problem highly recommending them to friends.
